He's My Son - Mark Schultz

This song is soo sad but so true!! I love this song so much it means soo much to me! This is gonna be put in my Smashbook for my son Kolten who was born at 26w weeks weighing 1lb 150z and was in the NICU for 3 long hard months but he is 17 months old now and our lil miracle! <3 I remember saying those words during those 3 months when weren't sure if he was gonna make it out of the hospital between the 3 blood transfusions, the needles and ivs, all the wires, how small he was, the destats which were the hardest :( He's my Son <3 whom God has watched over for us :D Thank you God for my son :D

my life

sometimes I wish I had a normal life! where when my daughter asks me if me and kolt are gonna ride the bus to school with her I wish I could say yes honey we are but instead say no honey we can't your brother is sick and see her starting to cry :-(  my life has been different in the last 18 months I may get scared every time my son gets sick or when he makes a weird noise I jump to go check on him is he breathing?? is he chocking?? or when you have so many Dr apts and hospital stays that we know all the medical terms and what to do when we are home and its just us! the not sleeping at night because your afraid something is gonna happen to that lil man!! he is the strongest baby I know and has been through more then any of us have every been through!! but even after all that he can still look at me and smile ear to ear, lift his arms up for me to pick him up, and give me the biggest hug and snuggle with me!!! I love this boy so much he is my life even if my hair will be grey by the time I'm 25! I wouldn't change anything at all!!! I just wish he could get a break he's been through so much already! its also hard on jazz and she doesn't understand any of it :-(

Baby smash book

I am making a baby smash for friends of ours who is expecting a baby girl in a couple if Weeks :-)  I'm super exited can't wait to meet your new lil niece :-)  so far this its what I have done for the cover :-)  what do you think??

Well Lisa had baby Addie!! She is adorable so I got to add a couple baby pages in it too :D I have finished it and will hopefully be giving it to her this weekend :D I love that fact that she will get the chance to make it her own <3 Here are some pics :D

ScrapFest 2012 was amazing!!! I had soo much fun with my mil Debbie, sil Vanessa, and cousin Brooke :D It was the greatest day ever!!! We got to do some shopping(next year bring more money better start saving for it :p, see alot of brands/companies, make make and takes, and meet some amazing ppl(Tim Holtz, Kellie from Lawn Fawn, and Cathy from Smashaholics ;)!!! Can't wait for next year!!! I would love to do some workshops and be there for the 3 days :D It was a blast!!! Here is where ScrapFest was at the Mall of America love this place :D
