New bathroom vanity from a dresser

I love Pinterest!!! It has so many great ideas!! I found an idea on there for a bathroom vanity....we had a really nice dresser that we didn't really have room for in our closet and I remember seeing an easy idea of turning a dresser into bathroom vanity! Told my hubby about it he wasn't too keen on the idea at first then I showed him the link I found on Pinterest and he loved it!! He was more excited about it then I was!! Lmao :) 

So we went and picked out the paint from Sherwin Williams (we picked Belize!!! Doesn't that sound like a wonderful place to escape to in the bathroom??) and started priming it and painting it! Bought a new faucet and above sink for it from Menards ( I love that place!!) My hubby and father in law got it all together for me and....it tuned out sooo amazing!!! I gave it a little distressing then I also ended up shellacking it which gave it a nice glossy look too and keep it from getting dinged up and water stained!! Ekkk I so love it!! 

New stove...yay baby!

Well my baby is now in school :( he is in 4k now and goes to school two days a week and every other Friday! Seriously where has the time gone?! My oldest is in 1st grade too!! Time needs to slow done!! But anyways since I'm a stay home mommy, I have a coupe days with no kiddos which is bittersweet I miss my big man but at the same time I like the quiet time I get where I can get more stuff done around the house too!! Yay.... Lol :) 

Well my hubby bought us a new stove that he got a killer deal on. Sweet right?!? Well I look in it and holy crap did he ever give me a challenge!! It was black!!! You couldn't even see outta the door with the light on! So I start working on it and the only thing I have at home (cause I forgot to pick up oven cleaner yesterday ugh) is dawn dish soap and a pampered chef scraper (btw worked miracles!!!)! So far it's a work in progress lmao ;) but can't complain on the amazing deal my hubby got for a much nicer stove! Love ya baby <3
